The National Social Security Rights Network has been working since last year to help people respond to debts raised by Centrelink’s new online compliance intervention system. Although we welcome the changes recently announced by the Minister for Human Services it has become clear that the new system is fundamentally flawed. The NSSRN calls for the system to be abandoned.
